EPA is making two new reporting forms for Subpart W - Petroleum and Natural Gas Systems for reporting due on March 31, 2015 available.  These two forms:  Subpart W Reporting Form for RY14 and the Subpart W Deferred Data Reporting for RY11-13 are both designed to be submitted as part each facility's RY14 submission.  These two forms include data whose reporting was deferred until March 31, 2015.  Each of these forms is being made available to the public so that facilities can begin preparing reporting for RY2014 and deferred reporting for RY2011, RY2012, and RY2013.  Each of these forms can be downloaded at Reporting Form Instructions.  EPA is also announcing its plan to provide "supersize" versions* of these reporting forms and the XML reporting schemas for Subpart W by January 16, 2015.  When released, the supersize forms will be available for download at Reporting Form Instructions and the Subpart W reporting schema will be available for download at: XML Reporting Instructions.

*Supersize reporting forms are functionally identical to the "normal" reporting form, except that the supersize form can support up to 1100 sub-basin or 5000 individual units.
