Q404. Can reporters upload an XML file and then edit the data via web forms?

A404. No, reporters must choose either web form data entry or XML upload.  Once an XML file has been uploaded you may review the e-GGRT summary of that file, however, you may not edit it using the web forms data entry pages.  If, after uploading an XML file you determine that the data must be changed, you must edit the XML file outside of e-GGRT and upload the new version.
