Q736. Did all petroleum and natural gas system facilities subject to the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program report to EPA?

A736. Subpart W is a threshold based subpart and facilities are only required to report if their combined emissions from all applicable GHGRP source categories exceeded 25,000 metric tons CO2e per year.  EPA is currently in the process of reviewing the GHGRP data to determine whether all facilities subject to the requirements submitted annual reports.
