EPA has published the draft XML schema for RY2014. Today's release addresses most schema components applicable to RY2014, except the schemas addressing Subparts C and W. These materials include annual reporting schema, IVT schema and XML reporting instruction documents. The draft XML reporting schema and supporting materials are published at Draft RY14 XML Schema and Reporting Instructions.
Please note that the Agency expects to finalize the schema in late January.
