Q333. Can you change configuration types from year to year?

A333.  Yes, you may change configurations from year to year if you satisfy the requirements for that configuration.  In some circumstances it may be possible to switch configuration types mid-year (for example, if you switched from Tier 2 to Tier 4 within the year).
