Q815. Do I need to update my Subpart W deferred data submission(s) if I resubmit an annual report for RY2011, 2012 or 2013?

A815. Yes. If an annual report for reporting year (RY) 2011, 2012 or 2013 is resubmitted, then the deferred report corresponding to that year should also be updated and resubmitted as part of the Subpart W RY2014 report. This should be done even if no deferred data has changed from the previous submission.  This will ensure that your revised RY2011, RY2012, and/or RY2013 annual reports and Deferred Data Reporting Forms are correctly linked and can be processed by EPA.
