Q362. How do we account for highly variable landfill designs with variable depths and different cover cross-sections under Subpart HH?


A362. Provide your best estimate given the data available. Use of average depth and cover will provide a good estimate of emissions. Please be sure that you document these assumptions in the GHG Monitoring Plan under 98.3(g)(5).
