A462. The subpart W final rule covers both offshore and onshore petroleum and natural gas production facilities.  Please review section 98.230 for the definition of the source category for each segment of the petroleum and natural gas industry covered by subpart W.  Information and resources regarding the applicability and requirements of subpart W are available at: http://www.epa.gov/ghgreporting/reporters/subpart/w.html.
