A175.  One example of a biomass activity included in Equation MM-3 (§98.393(c)(1)) is bringing animal fat on site to be co-processed with distillates to produce renewable diesel. Equation MM-8 (§98.393(h)(1)) only applies to blended fuels, so if you co-process biomass to produce renewable diesel, you should not use Equation MM-8.
