Fill out the emission information tables

2a.) Fill out the following table with information about this facility and your use of missing data methods for required data elements pursuant to 98.3(c)(8) for each applicable gas.

For perspective the entire table width is presented below. Enlarged views of this table are presented below the perspective view.

The following example shows the first 9 columns:

  • SF6 or PFC
  • Select whether the following GHGs are estimated for this facility [§98.3(c)(4)]
  • Beginning Nameplate Capacity, excluding hermetically sealed-pressure switchgear (pounds) [98.306(a)(1)]
  • Were missing data methods used for nameplate capacity of new equipment during the year, including hermetically-sealed pressure switchgear? [98.3(c)(8)]
  • If yes, report the reason the data were missing
  • If yes, report the method used for estimating missing data
  • Were missing data methods used for the nameplate capacity of retired equipment during the year, including hermetically-sealed pressure switchgear? [98.3(c)(8)]
  • If yes, report the reason the data were missing
  • If yes, report the method used for estimating missing data

The following example shows the next 9 columns:

  • Were missing data methods used for the quantity of the GHG stored in containers, but not in energized equipment, at the beginning of the year? [98.3(c)(8)]
  • If yes, report the reason the data were missing
  • If yes, report the method used for estimating missing data
  • Were missing data methods used for the quantity of the GHG stored in containers, but not in energized equipment, at the end of the year? [98.3(c)(8)]
  • If yes, report the reason the data were missing
  • If yes, report the method used for estimating missing data
  • Were missing data methods used for the quantity of the GHG purchased in bulk from chemical producers or distributors? [98.3(c)(8)]
  • If yes, report the reason the data were missing
  • If yes, report the method used for estimating missing data

The following example shows the next 9 columns:

  • Were missing data methods used for the quantity of the GHG purchased from equipment manufacturers or distributors with or inside equipment, including hermetically sealed-pressure switchgear? [98.3(c)(8)]
  • If yes, report the reason the data were missing
  • If yes, report the method used for estimating missing data
  • Were missing data methods used for the quantity of the GHG returned to facility after off-site recycling? [98.3(c)(8)]
  • If yes, report the reason the data were missing
  • If yes, report the method used for estimating missing data
  • Were missing data methods used for the quantity of the GHG in bulk and contained in equipment sold to other entities? [98.3(c)(8)]
  • If yes, report the reason the data were missing
  • If yes, report the method used for estimating missing data

The final example shows the last 9 columns:

  • Were missing data methods used for the quantity of the GHG returned to suppliers? [98.3(c)(8)]
  • If yes, report the reason the data were missing
  • If yes, report the method used for estimating missing data
  • Were missing data methods used for the quantity of the GHG sent off-site for recycling? [98.3(c)(8)]
  • If yes, report the reason the data were missing
  • If yes, report the method used for estimating missing data
  • Were missing data methods used for the quantity of the GHG sent off-site for destruction? [98.3(c)(8)]
  • If yes, report the reason the data were missing
