EPA Publishes Draft XML Schema for RY2015

EPA has published the draft XML schema for Reporting Year (RY) 2015. This release addresses most schema components applicable to RY2015.  These materials include annual reporting schema as well as IVT schemas. The draft XML reporting schema and supporting materials are published at Draft RY2015 XML Schema.
